FAQs for My Data Removal Services

If I want to protect myself digitally, where should I start?

We suggest you look at our Top 5 actions to improve your personal cyber security post, but especially the password manager and multi-factor authentication articles. You can also take a look at our most popular blog posts.

Our articles on email masking, privacy.com, and 10 reasons to get your information off the internet deserve honorable mentions.

What sites does your service cover?

You can see our list of covered sites here.

How quickly do you remove data once someone signs up?

We like to start the next day, but sometimes it can take up to a week for us to get started. It depends where we are in the week and month.

Is this service only for US residents?

Our service is for US residents only. This is because the websites we cover often do not have data for residents of other countries. We hope to expand our services to other countries, but are currently not ready to do so.

How do I pay for your service?

We are currently set up to accept money through Helcim and PayPal. They store your payment information so we don't have to. Please contact us if you would like to discuss paying through another service.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us so we can discuss the issue.

How do I cancel?

Cancellation is simple. When logged in go to your 'Dashboard', click 'Account Settings', under My Subscriptions click 'Cancel subscription' and on the next page click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. That's it. You could also give us a call or send us an email from the email address you have on file.

Have a question that isn't on this list?

Contact us and we will get back to you.
