1. Go to www.quickpublicrecords.com.

2. On the bottom of the page click the “Do Not Sell My Info or share my personal info” link.

3. Enter your first and last names, then city, state and zip code, and your age. Enter your email. Solve the captcha. Click "Continue".

4. When you find your record, click "Remove".

5. Check your inbox for the confirmation email then copy the URL and paste it into your browser.

6. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
