3. If your data is on the next page, copy the URL.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Remove my information" link.

5. Input your full name, paste the URL, and type your email address. Complete the CAPTCHA. Then, click the "Continue" button.

6. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
