How to Opt-Out of LexisNexis in 2022

1. Go to www.risk.lexisnexis.com.

2. On the bottom of the page click the “Consumer and Data Access” link.

3. Scroll down on the article "US Consumer Opt Out" and Select the "Click Here" link.

4. Select the "Next" button.

5. Select Opt Out reason and click on the "Next" button.

6. Enter your first and last names. Click the "Next" button.

7. Enter your city,state and Zip code. Click the "Next" button.

8. Enter the email address you are using for your opt outs. Click the "Confirm Request" button.

9. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
