How to Opt-Out of Innovis in 2022

1. Go to www.innovis.com.

2. Click the "Security Freeze" button.

3. Click the "Security Freeze Request Online" link to do it online.

4. Fill out the information they request.

5. Click the "Submit Request" button on the bottom of the page.

6. Follow their freeze request process.

7. Click "Confirm".

8. Success! Your credit report has been frozen with Innovis.
