1. Go to www.cellrevealer.com.

2. On the bottom of the page click the “Unsubscribe” link.

3. Enter your phone number, select the verification method and click the "Send" button.

4. Check your inbox for the verification code then click the "send" button

5. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
