2. On the bottom of the page click the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link.

3. Enter your email, solve the captcha, then hit the "Begin Removal" button.

4. Enter your information, complete the captcha, and click the "Submit Request" button.

5. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
