2. On the bottom of the Home Page click the “Removal Request” button.

3. Type in your phone number, name, and the email address you are using for your opt-outs. Check the box and click the “Submit” button.

4.Check your inbox for the confirmation email.

5. Click the "Complete Removal" button.

6. Success! Your removal request has been submitted successfully.
