How to Opt-Out of InstantData in 2022

The easiest way to get your data off of InstantData is to have us do it for you. Check out our plans to sign up.

1. Go to www.instantdata.com/optout/.

2. Enter the email address you are using for your opt outs, your first and last names, then city, state and zipcode. Complete the captcha then click the "Submit" button.

3. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
